Accounts Payable Specialist - Remote

Overview

FIJI Water is seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Payable Specialist with 2 to 3 years of A/P experience to manage all aspects of accounts payable for multiple reporting units.

In Short

• Manage accounts payable invoice auditing and processing through automated systems.
• Perform 3-way match of invoices to purchase orders and receiving documents.
• Resolve discrepancies with vendors and internal departments.
• Maintain vendor master data and assist with cash forecasting.
• Process expense reports through automated systems.
• Prepare weekly check runs and maintain accounts payable files.
• Reconcile A/P accounts to the general ledger.
• Assist in month-end and year-end tasks.
• Provide Oracle administrative support relevant to A/P.
• Assist A/P Manager with special projects as required.

Requirements

• 2-3 years of Accounts Payable experience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to analyze reports and possess good math skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
• Knowledge of Oracle EBS, Fusion, Inspyrus, and Concur is a plus.
• High School Diploma required; Bachelor's Degree preferred.
