People Business Partner - Remote

Overview

As Pair Team’s People Business Partner, you’ll have the privilege and responsibility of supporting our Care Team employee experience while helping to lay additional foundations with Pair Team's People team. You’ll be a champion of Pair Team culture, values, and strengthening a psychologically safe working environment. Partnering with the COO, Care Team leaders, and People Team, you’ll advise the organization on best practices so that our employees continue to have fulfilling, engaging experiences working at Pair Team as they improve healthcare access and outcomes for underserved communities.

In Short

• Partner with and coach Care Team managers on performance management and team success.
• Manage and improve employee relations and People processes.
• Assist in organizational design activities.
• Develop and implement change management strategies.
• Run employee processes like performance reviews and talent management.
• Manage leave of absence processes.
• Ensure compliance with regulations and best practices.
• Influence the culture of a fast-growing team.

Requirements

• 4+ years as a People/HR BP, preferably in health-tech.
• Experience with large, non-exempt employee populations.
• Passion for coaching and supporting diverse teams.
• Strong communication skills.
• Mission-driven and passionate about helping marginalized communities.
• Proven ability to solve complex people problems.
• Strong program management skills.
• Highly organized and self-motivated.
