Requirements

• 10+ years in waveguide optics or related fields with a proven track record.
• Expert knowledge of diffractive and polarization optics.
• Leadership in complex optical system development.
• Extensive experience in Python for optical modeling.
• Understanding of nano-patterning techniques.
• Proficiency in diffractive optics modeling tools.
• Strong analytical problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
