Staff Infrastructure Engineer - Remote

Overview

The Staff Infrastructure Engineer will own the platform that powers our protocol and apps, designing and running AWS-first, highly available systems that scale with real usage.

In Short

• Architect and implement highly-available cloud infrastructure (AWS-first).
• Build declarative CI/CD pipelines and IaC workflows.
• Provision, harden, and monitor deployed clusters.

• Continuously benchmark, profile, and optimize infrastructure.

Requirements

• 7+ years DevOps / SRE experience in a public-cloud environment (preferably AWS).
• Production-grade expertise with Docker and Kubernetes.
• Deep hands-on skill in CI/CD tooling.
• Proven command of IaC and secrets management.
• Strong scripting / automation skills in Python, Bash, or Ruby.
• Solid grounding in distributed-systems design and cloud security.
• Fluent in modern SRE concepts: observability, alerting, incident response.
