Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in Hardware Technical Program Management.
• Strong technical understanding of clean-room manufacturing processes.
• Understanding of geometric optics and display systems.
• Hardware systems engineering background.
• Experience in launching consumer electronics products.
• Active program management attitude.
• Comfortable with learning and managing multiple projects.
• Understanding of complex system interactions.
• Deep understanding of hardware development processes.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
