Rain AI is seeking a Principal Circuit Design Engineer to design and implement low-power, high-performance compute-in-memory circuits, collaborating closely with various teams.

Requirements

• 12+ years of experience in memory design
• Strong track record of innovative solutions
• Deep understanding of digital and SRAM circuit design
• Experience with complete SRAM design cycle
• Hands-on experience with SPICE simulations
• Project and people management skills
• Strong communication skills
