In Short

• Lead the definition of high-performance system architectures for ARM and x86-based computer boards.
• Translate architectural concepts into detailed circuit schematics.
• Collaborate with Layout and Thermal engineers to optimize circuit board layouts.
• Evaluate and select optimal components balancing performance, cost, and availability.
• Conduct power and signal integrity simulations and validation of circuit designs.
• Act as a technical leader and mentor for the design team.
• Develop thorough design documentation and present technical concepts.
• Maintain an understanding of emerging technologies in computer board design.
• Design prototypes and technical Proof of Concept (PoC).
• Support a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field; advanced degree preferred.
• 10+ years of hands-on experience in circuit design.
• Mastery of hardware and layout design tools such as Altium Designer, Cadence Allegro, Siemens Xpedition.
• Strong expertise in signal integrity and power integrity.
• Proven capability in design for testability (DFT) and design for manufacturability (DFM).
• Hands-on experience with electronics lab tools.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Proficiency in both spoken and written English.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
• Skilled in working within distributed organizations.
