Accordion is seeking a hybrid Associate People Business Partner (HRBP) and HR Project Manager to join our People Team, focusing on driving critical people programs and partnering with leadership.

Requirements

• 3+ years of HR Business Partner experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• Experience in Consulting, Finance, or Private Equity.
• Strong project management and communication skills.
• Ability to influence senior leaders.
• Experience in a high-growth environment.
• Knowledge of talent management and employee engagement.
• Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint.
