As a People Experience Associate, you’ll play a key role in supporting a wide range of initiatives, including Early Career Programs, employee engagement efforts, learning and development, and diversity and inclusion activities. You’ll collaborate with dynamic teams and stakeholders, manage digital platforms, and bring creative ideas to life, all while helping shape an environment that empowers employees to succeed. In Short

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement engaging programming initiatives that enhance the overall employee experience.
  • Assist in the planning and execution of our Early Career Program, ensuring a seamless onboarding experience for summer interns and new Associates and promoting their professional development.
  • Manage and update The Well, RVO Health’s intranet, by ensuring content is accurate, user-friendly, and aligned with the company's branding and messaging.
  • Produce webinars by coordinating with stakeholders, managing logistics, and ensuring high-quality production and delivery of the webinars.
  • Assist in basic video editing tasks, including recording and editing videos for internal training programs and company-wide events.
  • Utilize Igloo and other similar digital platforms to create and maintain a collaborative and engaging virtual workspace for employees.
  • Support learning and development initiatives by coordinating training sessions, workshops, and other educational programs, ensuring they align with organizational goals and employee needs.
  • Contribute to diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives, working closely with stakeholders to promote a culture of belonging and equality.

Requirements

  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to coordinate and prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Strong team player with high bias to action and appetite to contribute creative ideas.
  • Proficient in learning and utilizing digital platforms - experience with Igloo, Asana, and Zoom Webinars is a plus!
  • Experience in coordinating events, vendor relationships, and partnering with AP and procurement teams.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and quality in all deliverables.
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, adapting to changing priorities and deadlines.
  • Experience and exposure to a variety of People Experience facets including employee engagement, learning and development, and diversity, equity, and inclusion is a plus!
