As part of our Client Experience team, your job is to get clients on the right path by communicating with them to understand their situation and advise them on the next steps.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree from a top university.
• Ability to interact with diverse individuals.
• Quick learner with strong writing skills.
• Strong work ethic and multitasking abilities.
• Experience in high-volume service/sales/support teams is a plus.
• Socially-focused internship or volunteer experience is a bonus.
