Overview

The Customer Experience Associate serves as the front line of communication between the company and our customers, responding to customer issues, complaints, and inquiries via phone, email, and chat.

In Short

• Operate Monday - Friday from 10a - 6:30p CST.
• Training begins on Monday 5/5 and runs for 3 weeks.
• Handle customer issues such as account updates and platform assistance.
• Work directly with customers via chat, phone, or email.
• Participate in ticket handling across multiple channels.
• Research and understand current trends from customer inquiries.
• Prior experience in Customer Support or related positions is required.
• Solid communication skills are essential.
• Ability to analyze trends and research common themes.
• Typing speed of a minimum of 50 wpm is required.
