Overview

We are looking for enthusiastic Customer Experience Associate individuals who are deeply passionate about helping customers, with a special emphasis on empowering small businesses. This role involves ensuring every customer feels valued and supported while actively participating in brand-building and retention.

In Short

  • Provide outstanding support experiences to customers through live conversations via Phone, Email, and live chat.
  • Actively switch back and forth between channels as needed.
  • Prioritize customer needs while resolving issues efficiently.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve tickets.
  • Understand trends in support-related topics to improve product needs.
  • Work cross-functionally to address customer product issues.
  • Document all work performed within customer support inquiries.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of relevant customer service experience.
  • Expertise in clear, confident communication.
  • Ability to manage multiple chat interactions simultaneously.
  • Passionate about acquiring knowledge and complex problem-solving.
  • Strong focus on customer obsession and centricity.
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced startup environment.
  • Prior experience utilizing Zendesk is a plus.
  • Experience working with small businesses is a bonus.
