Overview

As a Customer Experience Associate at Wellhub, you will support our Well-being Partners and act as their main point of contact, ensuring exceptional service delivery and customer satisfaction.

In Short

  • Provide timely and effective resolution to customer inquiries via online and offline channels.
  • Assess and analyze partner needs, escalating issues when necessary.
  • Deliver outstanding service to high-value partners.
  • Stay informed about product updates to provide accurate information.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to enhance partner satisfaction.
  • Utilize CRM to document partner interactions and actions.
  • Ensure adherence to operational and compliance procedures.
  • Inspire and empower others by caring for your own wellbeing.

Requirements

  • 2 years in customer service environments.
  • Proficient with Google ecosystem or Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Zendesk knowledge is a plus.
  • High school diploma required; college degree preferred.
  • Proficiency in English; Spanish and/or French is a plus.
  • Strong customer support presence.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Flexible and resourceful in managing multiple tasks.
  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
