In Short

• Conduct high volume outreach to new and existing members
• Complete >100 outbound calls a day
• Enroll 25% or more of all connected leads
• Ensure 25% or more of connected members take a class within 1 week
• Maintain 92% or higher customer satisfaction score

Requirements

• 1-3 years of experience in customer service or sales
• Effective communication skills
• Experience with CRM and customer service tools
• Strong organization and attention to detail
• Critical thinking abilities
