• Remote position requiring a commitment of 10+ hours per week.
• Deliver high-quality telehealth care focused on prevention and chronic disease management.

• Active and unrestricted NP licenses in CA, TX, and/or PA required.
• 5+ years of clinical experience and 2+ years in telehealth.
• Strong foundation in preventive and lifestyle-focused care.
• Excellent communication skills needed.
• Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment.
