In Short

• Bilingual (Spanish/English) Member Experience Associate position
• Conduct high volume outreach to new and existing members
• Work hours are 8-5pm PST
• Complete over 100 outbound calls daily
• Enroll 25% or more of connected leads
• Maintain a customer satisfaction score of 92% or higher
• Experience in customer service or sales is required
• Organizational skills and attention to detail are essential
• Critical thinking and effective communication skills are necessary
• Experience with CRMs and customer service tools preferred

Requirements

• 1-3 years of experience as an inside sales representative or call center customer service representative
• Effective communication skills with an empathetic approach
• Experience working in CRMs and customer service tools
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Critical thinking abilities to apply previous experiences in new contexts
