Requirements

• Active, unrestricted Nurse Practitioner license; multiple state licenses preferred
• Prescriptive authority as a Nurse Practitioner
• Active national Board Certification as a Nurse Practitioner
• Minimum of three years’ experience as a Nurse Practitioner
• Minimum of three years’ experience in Primary Care, Women’s Health or GYN
• Ability to make independent decisions
• High level of proficiency with technology
• Strong desire to care for women experiencing menopause symptoms
