Requirements

• 6+ years in recruiting, with 3 years in technical recruiting.
• Experience partnering with senior hiring stakeholders.
• Data-driven and process-oriented approach.
• Passionate about candidate experience.
• Experience mentoring junior recruiters is a plus.
• Familiarity with Ashby is a bonus.
