• Experience with Google Ads, Bing Ads, and paid digital channels.

Requirements

• 4+ years in growth marketing at agencies or in-house teams.
• Experience leading program strategy across digital channels.
• Track record of improving paid media campaigns.
• Strong quantitative analytical skills.
• Ambitious self-starter who thrives in ambiguous environments.
• Commitment to helping people.
