As the Head of Account Management at Atticus, you will lead a team dedicated to helping clients secure disability benefits and insurance payouts, streamlining processes, and improving client conversion rates.

Requirements

• 3–5+ years of experience in Account Management or Customer Success.
• Experience scaling teams and building KPI dashboards.
• Ability to hire and retain high-performing team members.
• Strong communication skills.
• Comfortable with ambiguity and ownership.
• Familiarity with Salesforce and other tools.
• Professionalism in client interactions.
