Overview

As the Head of Account Management at ecoATM, you will lead and expand our channel network, driving growth and retention of critical customer relationships while ensuring clients realize the full value of our platform.

  • Lead the account management team to develop strategies for client partnerships.

  • Develop comprehensive account management strategies.

  • Act as the voice of the customer within ecoATM.
  • Represent ecoATM at industry events.
  • Manage the account management P&L for profitability.
  • Ensure alignment between client goals and ecoATM capabilities.

Requirements

  • 15+ years in account management or client success, with 8+ years in leadership.
  • Proven track record in growing accounts and achieving sales targets.
  • Strong understanding of corporate account management processes.
  • Exceptional leadership and team-building skills.
  • Strong analytical mindset with data-driven decision-making skills.
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
  • Expert in Tableau, Salesforce CRM, MS Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
