Overview

The Director, Regulatory Affairs will lead the Regulatory Operations function and team at ecoATM, overseeing all aspects of regulatory compliance with secondhand dealer laws and other local regulations. This role is pivotal in ensuring the company maintains compliance as it expands its kiosk footprint and develops efficient processes.

Requirements

• Juris Doctorate degree required.
• 8+ years of experience in regulatory compliance or related field.

• Experience in retail operations preferred.
• Strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work across business units.
• Proven record of driving continuous improvement.
• Expertise in Salesforce Service Cloud and MS Office.
• Experience with workflow automation tools.
