Overview

We are looking for a Regulatory Affairs Director to join our Government Affairs team and help manage engagement with lawmakers on Capitol Hill and with the new Administration. You will also be responsible for some state-level legislative management. You will bring great teamwork skills and knowledge of financial services policy, privacy, and the current regulatory environment to our team. You must be located in Washington, DC and will report to the SVP, Government Affairs.

In Short

  • Lobby Congress on important issues important to Experian.
  • Monitor legislative proposals at the federal and state level.
  • Collaborate with team members and external resources.
  • Communicate timely analysis on public policy issues.
  • Publish internal legislative and regulatory reports.
  • Ensure compliance with enacted statutes and regulations.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of legislative or government experience.
  • Experience in financial services, technology, and privacy policy.
  • Bachelor's degree in related area.
  • Experience working across party lines.
  • Excellent communication and organization skills.
  • Collaborative approach to projects and decision-making.
