As a Lead Technical Recruiter at Hatch, you will help attract and hire top-tier technical talent across various teams, ensuring a great hiring experience while driving recruitment metrics.

Requirements

8+ years of experience in full-cycle recruiting.

Experience with executive-level searches.
Strategic thinking and execution ability.
Comfortable in fast-paced environments.
Familiarity with Greenhouse ATS and sourcing tools.
Collaborative approach aligned with company values.
