This role will support our People & Culture function in ensuring compliance with labour and employment regulations across Job&Talent’s markets. You will play a key role in advising on HR policies, collective agreements, and regulatory matters, contributing to scalable solutions that balance compliance with business needs.

In Short

• Advise on HR programs, policies, and practices to ensure compliance with labor and employment laws.
• Monitor regulatory changes and update policies accordingly.
• Oversee HR-related contracts and collective agreements.
• Partner with People & Culture to design compliant policies.
• Bachelor’s Degree in relevant fields.
• 4–6 years of professional experience in legal counsel.
• Solid knowledge of labour and employment law.
• Strong business orientation with effective partnering skills.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
• Proactive self-starter with strong problem-solving skills.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Psychology or similar.
• 4–6 years of professional experience, including 2–3 years in a major law firm.
• Experience in international in-house legal departments.
• Proven experience advising on HR policies and compliance matters.
• Ability to monitor and interpret regulatory changes.
• Strong communication skills in English.
• Proactive self-starter with motivation and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in the Tech sector is a plus.
• Other languages (ES, IT, PT, FR, DE) are a plus.
