In this role, you’ll play a pivotal part in supporting our fundraising efforts and capital markets activities—working closely with the Finance leadership team to secure the resources that fuel our growth.

In Short

• Support fundraising processes (equity, debt, structured financing) by preparing financial models, investor presentations, and due diligence materials.
• Monitor capital markets to identify trends, risks, and opportunities that could impact Job&Talent’s financing strategy.
• Partner with senior leadership to evaluate capital allocation decisions and optimize the company’s capital structure.
• Conduct valuation analyses and scenario planning to guide strategic decision-making.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Finance, Strategy, and Operations teams to ensure alignment between business needs and funding initiatives.
• Build and maintain relationships with investors, banks, and advisors, supporting ongoing communication and reporting.
• Deliver insights that strengthen our financial resilience and enable Job&Talent to scale sustainably in global markets.

Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in investment banking, private equity, capital markets, corporate finance, or a related field.
• Strong financial modeling and valuation skills, with the ability to translate complex data into clear insights.
• Solid understanding of debt and equity capital markets, financing structures, and investor dynamics.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a detail-oriented mindset.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, with experience preparing materials for senior executives and external stakeholders.
• Ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
• A proactive, curious, and resilient mindset with a strong interest in technology, marketplaces, and scaling businesses.
• Fluency in English
