Overview

The Capital Markets Analyst position at JLL focuses on commercial real estate investment sales transactions, providing a foundational experience in capital markets.

• Engage in all stages of the transaction lifecycle.
• Create investment sales offering packages and submissions.
• Develop financial models for commercial real estate assets.

Requirements

• 1-3 years of experience in financial analysis.
• Self-motivated with excellent time management skills.
• Outstanding organizational and communication abilities.
• Proven ability to communicate complex data effectively.
• Exceptional research and analytical capabilities.
• Bachelor's Degree in Real Estate, Finance, or related discipline.
• Pursuit of relevant industry certifications encouraged.
• Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Experience with ARGUS is a significant advantage.
• Knowledge of CRM systems is a plus.
