Addi is a technology company focused on transforming credit and banking in Latin America, aiming to provide fair and affordable financial services. As a Capital Markets Analyst, you will support the equity and debt raising process, create financial models, and coordinate due diligence processes.

• Support the equity and debt raising process.
• Create financial models and marketing materials.
• Prepare pitch materials for equity or debt transactions.
• Ensure accurate completion of annual credit reviews.
• Analyze cash waterfall and loan sale processes.
• Create an ‘ever-green’ VDR for due diligence.
• Act as a liaison between Capital Markets and other teams.

Requirements

• 2+ years in Investment Banking or related fields.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or related field.
• Strong financial modeling skills.
• Proficiency in MS PowerPoint and Google Slides.
• Basic understanding of due diligence processes.
• Strong quantitative and qualitative analysis capabilities.
