Requirements

  • +2 years of experience in Technical Customer Support - L2.
  • Strong understanding of Linux/Unix environments and networking concepts.
  • Proficiency in command-line tools, SQL, and API testing tools.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
  • Excellent communication skills for customer interactions.
