Manager, Capital Markets - Remote

Overview

The Manager, Capital Markets will be responsible for capital markets activities spanning across capital raising, execution, and modeling work to support the advancement of those opportunities.

In Short

• Capital markets focus on developing and executing hedging plan to support interest rates across the platform
• Lead the execution of tax equity, debt, and equity funding processes
• Responsible for reporting associated with Palmetto Finance to key financial stakeholders
• Develops & delivers skill set to fund assets within the Joint Venture and other vehicles
• Liaisons with Corporate Finance, Treasury, FP&A, and Billing Collections
• Builds and maintains strong relationships with key banks and external partners
• Highly attuned to customer needs and requirements

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or related field; master’s or MBA a plus
• 5+ years of experience in banking or capital markets; solar industry experience preferred
• Strong analytical skills with deep understanding of business economics
• Proactively identifies improvement opportunities across systems and processes
• Highly motivated and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Collaborates seamlessly with internal teams in Finance & Accounting, Technology
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
