Capital Markets Analyst / Associate - Remote

Overview

The Capital Markets Analyst / Associate will be responsible for capital markets activities spanning across capital raising, execution, and modeling work to support the advancement of those opportunities. This is an individual contributor role at Palmetto, a clean tech company focused on renewable energy solutions.

In Short

• Develop and execute Excel financial models for capital funding.
• Lead tax equity, debt, and equity funding processes.
• Report on Palmetto Finance to key financial stakeholders.
• Enhance existing processes for efficiency.
• Collaborate with Corporate Finance, Treasury, and other teams.
• Build relationships with banks and external partners.
• Anticipate customer needs and provide tailored solutions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or related field; Master’s or MBA preferred.
• 1-3+ years (Analyst) or 3-5+ years (Associate) in banking or capital markets.
• Strong business acumen and analytical skills.
• Proactively identify improvement opportunities.
• Motivated in a fast-paced customer-centric environment.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
