In Short

• Lead efforts to access, manage, and optimize funding channels for credit products.
• Work cross-functionally with teams such as Treasury, Finance, Credit, Engineering, Legal, and Compliance.
• Manage debt funding operations and prepare legal documentation.
• Streamline customer account movement operations and payment activities.
• Build out daily settlement procedures with key stakeholders.
• Provide portfolio reporting and covenant management updates.
• Assist in acquiring new funding partners and managing relationships.
• Prepare for securitization of credit card receivables.
• Execute monthly reporting requirements and quarterly covenant certificates.
• Collaborate on strategic initiatives to support growth.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in capital markets or corporate finance.
• Deep knowledge of financial markets and risk management practices.
• Experience in fintech or regulated industries preferred.
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
• Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
• Demonstrated success in building relationships with investors.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or related field; MBA or CFA preferred.
• Familiarity with regulatory requirements in capital markets.
