• Lead or represent EDD on various initiatives.
• Help develop and train junior EDD investigators.
• Provide updates to EDD policies and procedures.
• Develop internal EDD training curriculum.
• Facilitate internal control testing.
• Identify process improvements for efficiency.
• Represent EDD in industry peer group committees.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree.
• 5+ years experience in EDD/CDD or AML programs.
• Deep experience in EDD case management systems.
• Knowledge of BSA, FinCen, and FINRA regulations.
• Experience managing or mentoring EDD investigators.
• Ability to adapt in evolving environments.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
