In Short

• Support the execution of audits in Operations, Compliance, and Technology related to our Crypto business.
• Conduct audit procedures including walkthroughs and testing of controls.
• Prepare testing work papers and other audit documentation.
• Evaluate adequacy and efficiency of policies, procedures, and internal controls.
• Build collaborative relationships with business and cross-functional partners.
• Interact with business teams to understand processes and controls.
• Collaborate with Internal Audit team members towards departmental goals.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Computer Science, or related fields.
• 3+ years of experience in the financial services industry.
• 2+ years in compliance or operations.
• Experience evaluating processes and controls in Crypto exchanges or similar.
• Strong focus on quality and attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and take initiatives.
• Big 4 audit or consulting experience preferred.
• CIA, CISA, or Crypto-related certifications.
• Experience in data management and reporting using SQL, Looker, and Python.
