Requirements

• 3+ years of customer experience in financial services.
• Active Series 7 & 63 licenses.
• Experience in options and margin trading.
• Proven capability in data analytics and strategic reporting.
• Expertise in managing escalated customer scenarios.
• Advanced proficiency with support tools and CRM systems.
• Ability to navigate ambiguous situations.
• Passion for financial markets and customer advocacy.
• Experience collaborating with Product, Compliance, or Engineering teams.
• Ability to educate customers on complex financial products.
