Overview

The Customer Experience Representative will ensure positive interactions with customers, providing support and training while managing orders and CRM data.

In Short

  • Provide support to customers across multiple channels.
  • Intake, validate, and process orders.
  • Troubleshoot order-related and device-related issues.
  • Handle inbound phone calls and emails related to orders.
  • Execute outbound customer service through various communication methods.
  • Log customer interactions in Salesforce.
  • Conduct training sessions for customers on device usage.
  • Assist with data entry tasks in Salesforce.
  • Support training of new representatives.
  • Collaborate across teams as needed.

Requirements

  • Excellent communication skills with patients and healthcare professionals.
  • Background in healthcare preferred.
  • Ability to deliver quality customer service consistently.
  • Effective listening skills.
  • High degree of professionalism.
  • Meticulous attention to detail.
  • Aptitude to learn quickly and cross-train.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, Zoom, FaceTime, Teams.
  • Experience with Salesforce is a plus.
