In Short

• Join the Capital Markets team as a Manager.
• Establish and maintain funding capital from institutional investors.
• Analyze financing options for various lending products.
• Negotiate legal agreements related to structured finance.
• Provide analysis on collateral performance using Excel, SQL, and Tableau.
• Ensure timely reporting and monitoring of transactions.
• Develop relationships with institutional investors.
• Collaborate with operations and engineering teams.
• Manage onboarding of new investors and deals.
• High visibility role influencing strategic execution.

Requirements

• 5+ years of capital markets experience.
• Advanced skills in MS Suite, SQL, and Tableau.
• Understanding of consumer lending and credit underwriting.
• Experience with structured finance transactions.
• Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills and good judgment.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented.
