Overview

We are looking for a capital markets team member focused on execution, data analytics, and structuring, with a background in capital markets and strong analytical skills.

• Execute clean capital markets operations with debt capital partners.
• Perform tape and performance data analysis.
• Conduct cash flow modeling and portfolio optimization.
• Manage reporting and reconciliations.
• Lead structuring and execution of financing products.
• Transform data into user-friendly analytics for capital market participants.
• Create accurate reporting for investors and agencies.
• Support capital providers and rating agencies with inquiries and analyses.
• Develop pricing optimization and portfolio allocation models.
• Maintain a strong work ethic and attention to detail.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree required; advanced degrees preferred.
• At least 5 years of experience in structured products or debt capital markets.
• Prior experience in specialty finance debt structuring.
• Reputation for fast and smart operations.
• Expert-level skills in Excel; Intex preferred.
• Programming skills in SQL, Python/R are a plus.
• Strong orientation to deadlines and detail.
• Leadership abilities and execution track record are essential.
