People Operations Associate - Remote

Overview

Teach For All is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented team member to join our global team. As the People Operations Associate at Teach For All, you'll play a vital role in supporting a global community of changemakers developing collective leadership to ensure all children can fulfill their potential. You will be an integral part of our dynamic People Operations team, responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our core people functions for our staff members based in over 25 locations around the world. This includes managing international payroll and benefits, maintaining critical employee data, and contributing to a positive and supportive work environment.

In Short

• Collaborate with a global team on international payroll submissions and salary changes.
• Manage monthly international payroll invoice submissions and associated processes.
• Ensure timely payments to global benefit vendors.
• Maintain staff pages and organizational charts.
• Create and maintain the annual public holiday schedule.
• Support with ad hoc People Ops administrative tasks.
• Assist with data requests for regulatory and audit filings.
• Support team culture through celebrations and team calls.
• Conduct Right to work checks for new staff in the UK.
• Work effectively in a fast-paced, globally dispersed team environment.

Requirements

• 2-4 years of relevant work experience (HR admin experience preferred).
• Comfort with Microsoft Office applications and GSuite.
• Intermediate Excel skills required.
• Detail orientation and experience in record keeping.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently.
• Quick learner with the ability to manage multiple streams of work.
• Demonstrates good judgement while handling sensitive information.
• Team player open to flexible working.
