Overview

The Academy & Community Designer will advance Teach For All’s vision by shaping the learning experience and community engagement for the Global Institute’s Academy, focusing on virtual learning offerings and community impact.

Requirements

• 7+ years in designing interactive virtual learning.
• Degree in education or related field.
• Experience with diversity, equity, and inclusion.
• Strong virtual facilitation skills.
• Strategic thinker on learner engagement.
• Ability to build relationships across cultures.
• Skilled in managing multiple priorities.
• Strong qualitative research and storytelling skills.
