Graphic Designer and Community Manager - Remote

Overview

We are looking for a Graphic Designer and Community Manager to join an important Mexican marketing agency, collaborating in the creation of visual content and managing social media for clients as well as internal projects. The position requires a creative and autonomous profile, with skills in graphic design and social media management. The ideal candidate should be flexible, with experience working on multiple projects and sectors.

In Short

• Design attractive visual content for social media, websites, and presentations.
• Manage clients' social media, creating posting strategies and performance analysis.
• Develop optimized content strategies for SEO, improving organic reach. (Desirable, not mandatory)
• Collaborate with internal and external teams to ensure visual consistency and quality of deliverables.
• Participate in planning and executing digital campaigns, ensuring integration of graphic elements in overall strategies.
• Adapt to the needs of multiple projects and sectors while maintaining quality of work in each.

Requirements

• Experience: 4 to 7 years in graphic design and social media management, preferably in agencies or with multiple clients.
• Basic knowledge of SEO: To optimize organic content. (Desirable, not mandatory)
• Intermediate English: For communication with international clients.
• Technical skills: Advanced proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop, with experience in social media management platforms.
• Project management: Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously, respecting deadlines and priorities.
• Autonomy and creativity: Proactive in proposing innovative ideas and solving problems independently.
