Overview

TRAILS is seeking an experienced, creative, and highly collaborative Graphic Design Manager to create visually engaging and effective collateral to advance the TRAILS mission, accurately reflect our program model, and embody the values of our organization.

• Lead the creation of visually striking materials for print and digital media.
• Ensure all designs align with brand standards and accessibility best practices.
• Manage multiple design projects from concept to completion.

Requirements

• 4+ years experience as a lead graphic designer or similar role.
• High-level expertise in Adobe software including InDesign, Illustrator, and Acrobat.
• Experience developing digitally accessible materials.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating creative expertise.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Strong project management skills.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field.
