Overview

We are looking for a Business Developer with a consultative mindset and strong results orientation to lead the expansion of a Human Resources software company in Central America, specifically in San Jose, Costa Rica.

In Short

  • Lead the prospecting and development of new clients from scratch through digital channels.
  • Manage the complete cycle of consultative sales, from the first contact to closing.
  • Generate effective meetings that add value and respond to specific client needs.
  • Utilize and maintain an updated CRM (HubSpot or others).
  • Prepare commercial proposals and consultative presentations.
  • Represent the company at industry events and conferences.
  • Adapt commercial strategies to the cultural particularities of the region.

Requirements

  • Professional in Administration, Marketing, Business or related fields.
  • 3+ years of experience in B2B business development and consultative sales.
  • Experience in selling SaaS or ERP products, preferably in Human Resources environments.
  • Proficiency in prospecting tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo or recognized CRMs.
  • Advanced communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
  • Autonomous, organized profile with results orientation.
