Overview

As a Business Development Representative (BDR) at Pagos, you will play a key role in scaling outbound operations and driving interest in our payments technology products.

In Short

  • Generate leads and shape outbound messaging and prospecting strategies.
  • Partner with the Commercial team to identify target accounts.
  • Craft outreach materials for targeted accounts.
  • Proactively source and prospect new customers.
  • Refine outbound messaging and processes for improved outcomes.
  • Support lead generation at events and manage the full event lifecycle.
  • Experiment with new ideas for lead generation.

Requirements

  • 1+ years of BDR/sales experience with a track record of success.
  • Ability to understand complex technical and business requirements.
  • Strong skills in account research and lead sourcing.
  • Familiarity with Account Based Marketing/Sales Practices.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proactive attitude and comfort navigating ambiguity.
  • Creativity and openness to experimenting with strategies.
  • Willingness to travel to conferences and client events.
