Overview

As a Business Development Representative at Tilt, you will play a key role in accelerating regional growth in Poland by managing the full commercial funnel, connecting new sellers, and supporting their growth.

In Short

  • Accelerate regional growth across Poland.
  • Manage the full commercial funnel from prospecting to account management.
  • Learn Tilt’s products and value proposition.
  • Build and qualify outbound prospect lists.
  • Onboard sellers and guide them through training.
  • Execute outbound campaigns via email, phone, and LinkedIn.
  • Achieve lead generation and meeting booking targets.
  • Develop strong market knowledge and insights.
  • Provide feedback to optimize marketing and sales strategies.

Requirements

  • 1–2 years of experience in sales or business development.
  • Strong communication and organization skills.
  • Fluency in English and Polish.
  • Experience with outbound lead generation.
  • Self-driven and goal-oriented.
  • CRM experience (Salesforce or HubSpot) is a plus.
  • Knowledge of SaaS or tech sales environments is a plus.
  • Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is a plus.
