We're seeking a Business Development Representative to join our team! (Fully Remote)

In Short

  • Fully remote position for a Business Development Representative.
  • Work schedule is Monday-Friday, 9 am - 5 pm EST.
  • Must have near-native English proficiency (C1/C2).
  • Role involves prospecting and contacting potential clients.
  • Goal is to schedule discovery calls for sales team.
  • Requires adding 40 vetted leads daily to outreach tool.
  • Daily phone calls: expected to make 100 calls.
  • Keeping Hubspot CRM updated and tracking daily activities.
  • Participate in daily huddles and weekly feedback sessions.
  • Work is flexible after generating 5 qualified sales calls per week.

Requirements

  • Strong communication skills in English.
  • Experience in sales or business development preferred.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools like Hubspot.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Positive and enthusiastic attitude towards sales.
