At Blackfluo, we're building the next-generation SaaS platform for recruitment powered by AI. Our product is growing fast, and we're now looking for a creative mind to shape not only our user experience, but also our visual identity and brand presence.

In Short

• Design beautiful and intuitive interfaces
• Define and evolve our design system
• Develop and maintain a consistent visual identity across product and brand
• Create impactful visuals for our social media, presentations, and website
• Support and grow our presence on LinkedIn and other platforms
• Contribute to content ideas and community engagement strategy
• Work closely with founders and product team
• 100% remote position with flexible hours
• Competitive freelance rate or long-term collaboration depending on fit

Requirements

• Experience designing digital products (ideally SaaS or web apps)
• Proficient with Figma or similar tools
• Strong eye for branding, layout, and design consistency
• Curious, proactive, and comfortable working autonomously
• Familiar with social media formats, especially LinkedIn
• Excellent communication skills in English
