Overview

The Sales Manager will play a key role in expanding the company's market presence in North America by maintaining strong client relationships and driving new business opportunities.

In Short

  • Take ownership of a defined portfolio of existing clients in the U.S. and Canada.
  • Conduct in-person client visits to strengthen partnerships.
  • Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
  • Build relationships with new prospects and generate leads.
  • Manage end-to-end B2B sales operations.
  • Execute market analysis to identify new business opportunities.
  • Develop and deliver sales presentations and proposals.
  • Negotiate contracts and pricing with stakeholders.
  • Participate in international trade fairs.
  • Track account activities and maintain accurate sales forecasts.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of sales experience, including 2–3 years in packaging materials.
  • Strong knowledge of export and customs regulations.
  • Based in the U.S., preferably on the East Coast or Midwest.
  • Willingness to travel frequently for client visits.
  • Valid driver's license and comfort using a personal or rental car.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office; knowledge of SAP is a plus.
  • Valid work authorization in the US.
