Overview

Sun Atlas Power is seeking a Sales Manager to lead and grow a high-performing inside sales team responsible for generating residential solar sales through multiple acquisition channels.

In Short

  • Lead and develop sales teams of solar sales representatives.
  • Drive sales performance by managing KPIs and conversion metrics.
  • Manage multiple sales channels and ensure timely follow-up.
  • Engage customers directly for complex conversations and high-value deals.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with various departments.
  • Refine sales processes and maintain CRM data accuracy.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.
  • Perform other duties related to market strategy and team scaling.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of solar industry experience in sales or operations.
  • 2+ years of sales leadership or team management experience.
  • Proven track record in closing deals and managing pipelines.
  • Experience using CRM and dialer platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce).
  • Strong understanding of solar finance options and utility programs.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required.
  • Call center management or virtual sales experience is a plus.
