Overview

The Sales Manager will engage in telephone sales and provide consultancy for a meaningful product related to end-of-life planning, focusing on customer needs and building relationships.

Requirements

• Experience in telephone sales (outbound) of complex digital products, preferably in B2C.
• Familiarity with CRM systems.
• Understanding of sales indicators such as lead conversion rates.
• Organized, assertive, self-reflective, and resilient.
• Strong customer orientation and enthusiasm for meaningful products.
• Excellent command of the German language, both spoken and written.
